Seasons Greetings From the Gloria Borges WunderGlo Foundation

Seasons Greetings From the Gloria Borges WunderGlo Foundation

December 2016

Dear WunderGlo Supporter,

Amidst the holiday season that ushers in the end of 2016, we look back on this year with pride, gratitude, and reflection of the good-works and dreams that The WunderGlo Foundation continues to make a reality.

We celebrate our milestone 5th year anniversary as an organization and continue to lead the charge among our peers by surpassing the Million Dollar mark in grant funding research for the cure of colorectal cancer.

We are grateful for our ever-growing Foundation and are deeply grateful for the trust, belief, and support from each of you – our WunderGlo faithful.

Each day we keep in mind the incredible lives, both past and present; these are the people who we honor through our work. WunderGlo is more than just a cancer organization, – we are a family – one filled with love, laughter, hardships and gratitude. Please listen to our Cancer Warrior Award honoree, Julie Garrabrant, in her heartfelt acceptance speech.

In 2016 -The WunderGlo Foundation spread awareness and hope through successful events/campaigns; we supported patients and families throughout the country; we started an on-line support group called WunderGlo Chat; we launched a Reiki and Guided Meditation Program for all cancer patients & caregivers in Southern California and established a USC-Business Associate Relationship to provide Reiki on-site at USC-Norris & Keck Hospital; we attended ASCO-Chicago, the largest oncological conference in the world.

In celebrating our 5th year anniversary, WunderGlo is proud to have given over $1-Million Dollars to research for “the cure” of colorectal cancer, now becoming: “One Million Strong”. – And this is only the beginning.

We need your help to continue our mission. Will you support The WunderGlo Foundation with an end-of-year contribution to ensure our continued success?

With even bigger plans on the horizon, please know that we couldn’t do any of this without you. We have much to celebrate, yet more work to be done because we are not stopping until cancer does.

We are ultimately fighting to end all cancers. We fight for your family, both past and present, we fight for your children and grandchildren so that they may one day live in a cancer-free world, we fight for everyone both afflicted personally and emotionally by this disease. We ask you to fight alongside with us in honor of your personal heroes… for those who are battling today – for those who have yet to be diagnosed, and in honor of those who have gone before us.

Our collective success is only possible because of you, our generous donors.

Please continue to partner with us in our audacious fight against this deadly disease. In the spirit of giving during this holiday season, please support The WunderGlo Foundation by making your tax-deductible donation today.

In adopting her lesson to “Love Life”, we honor Gloria’s incredible life and legacy:

“There are plenty of things I want to be remembered by, but the easiest and simplest way to explain my goal for my legacy is this: I want people to know that I lived. I want the world to know that I lived. I’m talking about making a profound difference by my efforts, my thoughts, my relationships and by the sum total of all the breaths I took while roaming around this planet.”– Gloria Borges (Founder)- August 16, 2012

The Gloria Borges WunderGlo Foundation is making that profound difference.

We are deeply grateful for your wonderful support and belief in the all-important work that WunderGlo does. Together, we continue to make a great difference in this world.   Cancer, Your Time Is UP!

May you and your families enjoy a holiday season that is filled with celebrations, blessings, joy, and “Above all, with love”.

In Sincerity and Gratitude Always,

PLEASE remember us for the 100-Dollar year-end donations, too. For The WunderGlo Foundation and the patients/families/research that we support, cancer will always be personal and we are forever grateful.
