What We Do

The WunderGlo Foundation has three distinct functions, all geared toward snuffing out colon cancer and helping patients and their families take back their power over the disease:

SUPPORTING CUTTING EDGE RESEARCH AND TREATMENTS The WunderGlo Foundation will make several grants throughout the year to National Cancer Institutes and non-profit organizations that help us move closer to a cure every day. To raise the funds necessary to make these grants, The WunderGlo Foundation will host several fundraising events throughout the year, from an annual gala to poker, golf, and basketball tournaments.

PROMOTING HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHOICES Through programming and information found on the Foundation’s website, The WunderGlo Foundation strives to inspire people to eat right, exercise, sleep well, stay positive, and honor their bodies by taking good care of them. This applies equally to those who are battling cancer and those who are not fighting the disease. At both fundraising events and on the website, The WunderGlo Foundation provides a blueprint for how to live healthily and happily.

THE WUNDER PROJECT RESEARCH. WunderGlo Foundation Funded Research, credited since 2015, has been published in 75-peer reviewed research papers, including New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet Oncology, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Annals of Oncology, Clinical Cancer Research and Molecular Cancer Therapeutics and over 500 peer reviewed publications to date.

CONNECTION WITH CANCER WARRIORS AND THEIR SUPPORT NETWORKS The WunderGlo Foundation aims to be a distinctly personal organization. Any and every patient with questions, concerns, or in need of support is encouraged to read the content on the website and on Gloria’s blog and to get in touch with any of the officers of The WunderGlo Foundation. We are here to help you get empowered. We are here to help you beat the hell out of cancer. WE ARE HERE. FOR YOU.
