Moving forward takes time and inner work. There are many little steps that make up the final bloom or result you are looking for. In most cases, there is a lot of work to do under the soil – pulling out the weeds, identifying misconceptions about yourself and life, finding higher perspectives and healing old wounds are part of the process.

It is not about action, but about aligned action. It is about tending to your soil and consistent watering for your dreams to come true and it is possible! Clients tell me all the time that coaching helps them and changes the way their lives look and most importantly feel.

A coach is considered a peer who stands next to their clients, while holding them accountable to what they want to create or achieve.”

  • Schedule a call – this is a 30–45-minute connection opportunity to learn more about me, coaching and share where you would like support.
  • At the end of the connection call, we will decide if coaching is the right fit for you.
  • Book and Payment of 6 or 12 session packages.
  • Calls are one hour long (online via Zoom).
  • Sessions are held bi-monthly (weekly sessions available upon request – major life transitions and emotional lows sometimes require more support).
  • Unlimited email support is available in between calls.
  • Exploratory homework, meditation practices and breath exercises included.
