This is a message from Heinz-Josef Lenz, M.D., who is on the Board of Directors of The WunderGlo Foundation, regarding the latest updates from the Wunder Project and his personal message to everyone for Colon Cancer Awareness Month in March of 2016.
Heinz-Josef Lenz, M.D., FACP, is the Associate Director for Clinical Research and Co-Leader of the Gastrointestinal Cancers Program at the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Lenz is Professor of Medicine and Preventive Medicine, Section Head of GI Oncology in the Division of Medical Oncology and Co-Director of the Colorectal Center at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. Our inspirational Founder and fearless Leader, Gloria Borges worked together with the world renowned and highly respected Dr. Heinz-Josef Lenz to create the brilliant plan known today as The Wunder Project. This campaign is designed to lead us to “The Cure” for this disease; something that every single advocate, patient, and their families hope and pray for each and every day.
